Refractive Experience
Dr. Huang specializes in cataract surgery and LASIK, with more than six years in practice and experience performing over 3,000 cataract and LASIK procedures, achieving a 95% rate of 20/20 or better outcomes. She evaluates every patient individually to determine whether LASIK, PRK, ICL, refractive lens exchange (RLE), or cataract surgery is the best fit, using advanced diagnostic testing and modern laser technology, including WaveLight and Contoura platforms, to guide treatment planning.
For cataract patients, Dr. Huang views surgery as an opportunity to customize vision through lens implant selection, offering monofocal, toric, multifocal, trifocal, and extended depth of focus lens options depending on each patient’s eyes and visual goals.
“There is no one-size-fits-all answer in vision correction. My goal is to understand each patient’s eyes, lifestyle, and visual priorities so I can recommend the safest option and the best quality of vision for the way they live.”
Beyond her clinical work at Greenberg LASIK, Dr. Huang has traveled to Guatemala for mission work over the past three years, performing complex cataract surgeries for underserved communities, often completing approximately 100 cataract cases per week, and training local surgeons in cataract technique.
